a line extending from 6 miles southeast of Norton to 11 miles east of
Pennington Gap. Movement was southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
