Flood Warning issued July 17 at 9:19PM EDT until July 18 at 12:15AM EDT by NWS Northern Indiana

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following
county, Williams.

* WHEN…Until 1215 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several roads
are closed and impassable due to flooding. Expect many areas of
slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 916 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported flooding in
the warned area from earlier heavy rain and thunderstorms.
This area received in excess of 4 inches of rain in a short
time earlier this evening.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Montpelier, West Unity, Stryker, Holiday City, West
Jefferson, Pulaski, Hallock and Kunkle.
