with water in the lowest areas of Goliad State Park. Livestock
below Goliad to the Guadalupe River confluence are cut off and
potentially drown.

– At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 5.8 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage Sunday
evening and continue rising to a crest of 27.5 feet early Tuesday
