At 817 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated that thunderstorms had ended
over the Fossil Creek drainage. Thunderstorms earlier this evening
produced heavy rain upstream of Fossil Creek, with 1.5 and 2.5 inches
estimated by radar. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD…Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

normally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets and
underpasses.
