to Elliston…with the crest passing Morgan County points through
early Tuesday. Moderate flooding will continue at Centerton and
Eagle
Valley through Tuesday afternoon…and start at Spencer by midday
Tuesday. Minor flooding to end at Noblesville early Tuesday and at
Nora by Tuesday afternoon…while minor flooding starts at
Edwardsport tonight and at Newberry early Tuesday.

* WHERE…White River at Noblesville.
* WHEN…Until tomorrow evening.
* IMPACTS…At 14.5 feet, Edith Avenue begins to flood near the
Potter Bridge area. Flooding begins in residential areas along
East 116th Street in the Trails End area, along East 146th Street,
and SR 19 just north of SR 32.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 10:45 PM EDT Monday the stage was 15.0 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:45 PM EDT Monday was 18.8 feet.
